J-Coders is an education platform focused on teaching coding and technology skills to young learners. The challenge was to create illustrations that feel friendly, inclusive, and motivating, without leaning into clichés of “tech.”

This project involved designing a custom illustration series for the J-Coders website, aimed at humanizing technology and making learning feel approachable. Characters are expressive and diverse, environments are simplified, and technology is portrayed as a companion—not a barrier.

The visual style balances playfulness with clarity. Bold colors, rounded shapes, and clear compositions ensure the illustrations work across different sections of the site while maintaining consistency and brand recognition.

The result is an illustration system that supports J-Coders’ mission: making technology feel accessible, engaging, and human—especially for first-time learners.
